APPLI CATI ONS
PLASBLAK® PP6252 is designed for use in PP geogrids, and other PP applications where good
weathering properties and high tint strength are needed. PLASBLAK® PP6252 has excellent
dispersion and dilutability and is differentiated by its very high concentration of carbon
black.
Note that this grade is not recommended in fibre applications.
METHO D OF ADDI TION
PLASBLAK® PP6252 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore
suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.
ADDIT ION RATE
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final
application. Typical addition rates vary from 4.5% to 5.5% masterbatch.
